Lead Quality & Fairness
We want you to feel confident that you're not paying for obviously bad information. While no system is perfect, we do set basic standards for lead validity and fairness.
- Exclusive after purchase: Once you claim a case, that patient is reserved for your clinic only.
- Invalid contact review: If contact details are clearly invalid (e.g., wrong number or hard bounce), we'll review the case and may credit it according to our policy.
